Custom Flavors, Recipes, Special Color Request:
I strive to achieve your desired requests. However, I am not liable for any problems resulting from your specific requests including, but not limited to, structural or quality issues with my baked goods.
I acknowledge that colors, especially dark colors vary and differ due to the natural base colors of the cake, frosting and decorating ingredients. I acknowledge that dark food coloring on baked goods may stain linen, clothing, furniture and teeth upon contact.
